Job Description

This is a Junior Brand Production Coordinator role, working within the Global Brand Team. The key focus for this hybrid role is providing artwork/production support on branded collateral templates in Adobe CS and Microsoft Office, while also providing administrative support to the Global Director and Senior Management Team.

Reporting to a Senior Brand Manager, this role?is an entry-level position within the Marketing organization and is an integral part of a brand team. The Brand Production Coordinator's responsibilities are well-rounded and specifically designed to support both the creative and brand fundamentals within the global team, as well as overall business acumen.

The role is ideal for you if you have at least 2 years’ experience in a marketing position, preferably working within a marketing team (design team a plus), and a good general knowledge of the creative process and programs.

This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge.?It is both a strategic and a tactical position.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Implementation of an effective brand strategy and acts as brand ambassador across all channels
  • Prioritization of workload to ensure delivery deadlines are met through effective project management.
  • Ownership of the managing and updating of global materials and creative assets.
  • Artwork/formatting support on firmwide collateral working closely with other members of the global Brand team including, but not limited to: brochures, newsletters, invitations, web pages and banners, advertisements, pitches/bids, Word templates, PowerPoint, and other new media initiatives
  • A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word) is preferred
  • Knowledge of graphic design, marketing or related field is a plus
  • Must have superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail; be able to take direction and demonstrate follow-through and be hungry for opportunities to learn and grow.
  • Working with Dentons internal stakeholders or integrating firms to ensure clear design briefs are captured accurately when needed.
  • Ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of deadlines required for completion of work.
  • Maintain project calendars and assists in scheduling meetings with internal and integrating firms.
  • Maintain department-wide resources such as design subscriptions and software, vendor list and asset library
  • Working closely with external suppliers such as agencies, printers and designers.
  • Coordinating the print processes either in house via the print room or external providers.
  • Assisting with the implementation of brand guidelines across all divisions of the business.
  • Administrative support to Global Brand Director with project admin support to Brand Leadership Team.

Requirements

Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in marketing or related field.
  • Experience of working within a corporate environment in a marketing, communications, design or corporate agency.
  • Project management experience.
  • Holds brand/visual identity application experience.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat/InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with external service providers
