Responsible for regional sales growth and profitability of assigned sub-category. Main responsible of technical support and training for SPS Engineers teams, and key stakeholders in each country included in his/her region. Also, she or he will create a map of regional key Stakeholders and keep contact periodically. Moreover, will oversee the relationship development with strategic stakeholders in his/her region to create a strong network, sharing projects and products information. It requires an active presence in Specification Process of key project as defined by SPS Divisional Manager. Additionally, the person will be developing, and guiding a portfolio tactics and initiatives aligned and coordinated with the Local Building Commercial Manager and SPS Engineers Team. One of the functions would be to create Value Selling tools. The future product manager uses CRM and Project Funnel Pipeline as tool to follow local SPS Engineer Teams performance, and check KPIs. Finally, develops detailed regional market knowledge amp; share insights with strategic team and know the key stakeholders in each country included in the region.
