AnswerHero, established in 2010, is a bilingual live call answering and virtual receptionist company with approximately 115 employees across the United States, Costa Rica, and Honduras. We offer our services to small-and-medium-sized businesses, mostly in the United States. Unlike other types of call center work, we do not do telemarketing, sales, technical support, or collections. As a company that's obsessively focused on our caller's experience, we do not track or evaluate staff based on metrics like first call resolution or average call duration, but rather we focus on providing the caller with an efficient and pleasant experience and sending accurate messages to our customers.
We need all of our staff to be HEROs for our callers, which means we have to keep our staff happy!
