Requirements
Every person is different but there are a few qualities that we look for when adding members to the team:Our ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of experience in digital education and instructional design for organizations of at least 100 employees in the contact center industry. This role is newly created and will be responsible for reviewing our existing e-learning modules, meeting with stakeholders to determine priorities, and planning, designing, developing, and deploying educational content on a frequent basis. This position will also regularly meet with our Quality Assurance and Customer Care teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop cohesive plans to deploy engaging learning assets. The ideal candidate is a self-starting, self-sufficient professional with the technical skills and experience to hit the ground running
