Job Duties amp; Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in Automation Testing
- Participate in all aspects of a full-life cycle development methodology, and related quality concepts and processes.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and defines the overall strategy for testing complex systems or applications.
- Write test cases and other application development documentation
- Should have experience with stress/ load testing
- Review business and functional requirements in order to produce a test strategy and test cases
- Use programming languages mainly Java and C# to automate UI and API test cases
- Develop and execute maintainable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases
- Translate existing manual regression test cases into automated tests
- Experience working with large data set creations, back-end testing, being able to validate information as it flows throughout system
- Main test environments i.e. creating data sets, requesting deployments and troubleshooting issues
- Work with fellow team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in enterprise application testing (test case development and execution) for an exchange
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the software development life cycle
- Working knowledge of API Automation Frameworks
- Experience working with Jira/Azure DevOps
- Working knowledge of SQL and visual studio
- Experience working with off-shore team
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record of completing assignments on time with a high degree of quality
- Actively works on adding a skill, taking ownership in tasks and making responsible decisions
- Bachelor’s Degree
