This role is responsible to support daily transaction for the accounting area, the main focus of the position is to manage the accounts payable and provide some support to accounts receivable. The holder of this position must shows a high level of efficiency, on time processing and troubleshooting. Some of this roles main responsibility are:
- Registration of supplier invoices.
- Apply on time payments.
- Invoicing sales.
- Create reports.
- Registration of advance payments.
- Input information on Epicor (integrated system)
- Reimburse accounts receivables.
- Perform general accounting tasks under supervision.
Requirements
- Technical degree in accounting, preferably active university student in accounting, finance, internal control.
- 2 years of experience managing general accounting and or accounts payable.
- Intermediate level of English allowing to read, engage in conversations and to write technical reports.
- Demonstrate high level of efficiency, attention to detail.
- Shows accountability, effective communication, and teamwork.
- Manages MSOffice, excel and other data bases.
