Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon.
Mods on this project will work as full-time employees, from our ModSquad office in San José, Costa Rica. They will moderate user-created projects and live-streamed content, and should be comfortable with the possibility of sometimes viewing extreme or disturbing content. They will complete moderation and potentially join Real-Time Operations to complete attendance and productivity checks.
Project Hours:We are seeking a six-day-per-week employee, on a 40 hour contract.
Hourly Rate:To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment:40 hour per week Costa Rica contract
Language:EnglishWhat We Are Looking For:

• Experience in moderating user-created projects and live-streamed content
• Comfortable with the possibility of viewing disturbing content
• Must be able to work from the ModSquad office at: San José, Costa Rica, Rio Oro de Santa Ana, Condominio Arborea Flats #302, 11904
• Experience with Adobe products and/or live-streaming platforms is a plus
