About World Business Lenders (

World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.

Job Description:

Our rapid growth has created an excellent career opportunity in our Asset Resolution/REO department. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Management Analyst with a focus on Real Estate Owned (REO) property inspection. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and inspecting properties acquired through foreclosure, ensuring compliance with company standards, and optimizing the value of our real estate portfolio.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct property inspections and secure properties.

• Facilitate evictions, ensuring REO properties are in marketable condition.

• Maintain utilities on properties and promptly address any maintenance issues.

• Respond to and abate property violations.

• Determine the cost to cure and make recommendations for repairs that enhance real estate value.

• Execute and/or oversee construction, renovations, and repairs in the field.

• Gather bids, negotiate contracts/agreements, and manage timelines for all projects to ensure strict adherence to marketing timelines.

• Track expenses and prepare monthly reports for every asset.

• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.


• 2-4 years of experience in real estate, property management, contracting, construction, or a related field.

Authorization to travel frequently for on-site property inspections throughout the United States.

• Preferred experience in the loan/mortgage industry.

• 100% Fluency in both English and Spanish with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or technical school) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams is required.

• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Own laptop or desktop required (company does not supply equipment).
