- Key Performance Analysis: Routinely track and scrutinize marketing KPIs, distilling data into actionable insights to drive campaign optimizations.
- Data-Driven Strategy Development: Analyze customer data, market trends, and digital campaign performance to inform strategic marketing decisions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the analytical powerhouse within interdisciplinary teams, forging data-centric marketing initiatives that resonate with Skillshare’s diverse user base.
- Financial Planning: Work in tandem with the Finance team to inform the budgeting process and ongoing sales forecasting based and ROI on marketing performance analytics.
- Campaign Experimentation Support: Spearhead the analytical side of campaign testing, interpreting results to refine tactics and strategies, thus bolstering campaign efficacy and ROI.
- Analytics Tools Implementation: Support the implementation of new data analytics tools and techniques to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
