Job Description

MadLab, a remote company that specializes in building and helping companies grow, is seeking a National Sales Manager for a Costa Rica-based aerial videography startup.

The National Sales Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all sales operations in Costa Rica and driving business growth for the aerial videography startup. This includes developing and executing a strategic sales plan and building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in Costa Rica.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the TV industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
