- Building and Mapping Properties,
- Importing and Managing Contacts and Lists Within HubSpot,
- Email Creation/Sending,
- Creating and Managing Complex Workflows,
- Creating Advanced Automation,
- Setting up Sales Sequences,
- Building Complex Sales and Service Pipelines and Automation,
- Setup Service Tickets,
- Building Customer Portals and Private Content,
- Setting up Chat Flows,
- Creating Sales Snippets and Templates,
- Creating Custom Reports and Dashboards,
- Creating New CMS Pages
- Setting up Marketing Tools
- Configuring Back-end Settings
- Setup and maintain integrations through HubSpot and Tray.io
- Support for our digital marketing retainer clients
- Page builds, Website SEO, Campaign Management, Ad Management, etc.
- QA all work
- Troubleshooting and solving issues inside HubSpot
Requirements
- Knowledge of HubSpot and its operations
- Strong strategic thinker and problem solver
- Professionalism in dealing with clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Open-minded and demonstrate a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask
- Track all hours spent on projects in our program management system
- Maintain 10+ HubSpot certifications, along with obtaining additional certifications
- Ability to communicate about projects, deadlines and complete tasks on time
