Web/Graphic Designer

MadLab, a fully remote company, is seeking a talented Web/Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating compelling visuals and strong user experiences that will engage the audience and communicate key brand messages effectively.

• Design and create engaging visuals for websites, landing pages, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their goals and help translate them into design solutions.
• Create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flow.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
• Optimize graphics and visual elements for web performance and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in web and graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent understanding of web design principles, such as responsive design and user-centric design.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
