The Global Cyber Security Coordinator’s role is to support and assist the CISO and the Global Security Team in the delivery of the firmwide security program, coordinating and managing security communications, monitoring and reports, streamlining internal processes and other administrative duties.
Requirements
Manage, coordinate, compile and distribute security communications and bulletins Build and distribute reports Support compliance team with third party risk assessment administration Assist with client audit tasks Support vulnerability and patch management with tracking reports and communication Support security operations with ticket and incident administration Streamline people facing and internal security administration and processes through automation using Microsoft Power Platform Review security control reports and manage follow up communication and messages Manage scheduling, tracking and reporting of security awareness and training tasks Manage the schedule and coordination of teamwide meetings, activities and required follow up tasks Maintain and manage security team documentation Manage and update security team SharePoint based intranet page Conduct regular reviews and reporting on insider risk and other governance dashboards Manage and coordinate the collection of internal audit and control testing evidence from IT Review and produce service performance reports from our ticketing system Manage security procurement and invoice payments Complete regular personal development and training activitiesEssential Requirements:
