About the role:
As a Sales Associate you will liaison with the Sales teams to drive sales. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients
- Qualify leads from campaigns as sales opportunities
- Present our company to potential clients
- Work on RFP responses
- Prospect potential customers by datamining Salesforce
- Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Requirements
You should have:
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Business Development Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, MS Teams
- Excellent communication skills
